Fam Freelancing Services is a Virtual Assistance Company that specializes in Social Media Management and Administrative Support. We are committed to serve and provide excellent and quality technical assistance to all. We aim for Excellence, effectiveness and efficiency in everything that we do. Our goal is to educate and provide excellent and quality technical support that will help in assisting people as well as make freelancing a window of opportunity for all individuals. 

 

I am Frances Anne Maranon, the creator of FAM Freelancing Services. I graduated with a degree in Dental Medicine, after graduating I passed the Dental Board Examination and landed my first job as an Associate Dentist and Administrative Assistant in a private Dental Clinic here in the Philippines. The job taught me how to provide exemplary dental care to patients as well as provide customer service to dental patients by taking payments, scheduling and confirming appointments. Maintenance of dental record filing and correct recording of dental payments was also one of my duties. I was also the Manager in our family business when we opened up a small restaurant which gave me more experience in handling people. I was in-charge of hiring and training staff, coordinating employee schedules, planning menus, managing budgets and resolving customer complaints. This experience taught the different values that I am applying in my own Dental Practice for 3 years now. As an addition to these skills, I am also knowledgeable in Social Media Management, Social Media Accounts Organization and Social Media Content Planning and Creation which I believe would help you in your business.
